Take airport shuttle to Split.
Shuttle station is right by „Jadrolinija" kiosk where you can purchase ferry tickets (Destination Supetar, Island Brač).
Ferry leaves from Split ferry harbour that is locted just couple of minutes walking by the sea from airport shuttle station.

Zagreb to Split by highway A1 cca. 3.5 hours driving
In Split follow FERRY road signs
